Operation Outreach in Kabul

Bas Mar Jan is one of two chidren who had life-saving heart surgeries thanks to the efforts of Operation Outreach in 2007. Based in Camp Phoenix in Kabul Afghanistan, the U.S. military personnel associated with Operation Outreach work to give children a happy and healthy life. The commanders of Camp Phoenix support this work which is truly "winning the hearts and minds" of the future Afganistan. Help them raise money for children's surgeries.
